About Tobi

Having been born and raised in New Brunswick, I’ve always believed that the beauty of Fredericton is only matched by the kindness of the people who choose to call it home.  That’s ultimately why I decided to start my family in Fredericton, and why two of my three children opted to pursue degrees locally at UNB.

By way of background, after I graduated from Mount Alison University – with both a BSc and BEd degree – I found myself teaching at NBCC for several years before then embarking on a much longer career as a hands-on business owner. For over two decades I owned and managed a prominent commercial services business, along with hundreds of self-storage units in an award-winning development. Further, I have been extensively involved in various facets of the planning, design, and construction of over a dozen commercial and residential building projects within Fredericton and Moncton.

While every realtor has a different rationale for joining the industry, what drew me in was the ability to provide clients with honest advice and empathetic guidance on something that truly matters. Because whether you’re buying your first home or your fourth rental property, engaging in a real estate transaction is invariably stress-inducing.  That’s why my commitment to you is that I will always present you with all of your options, act with urgency based on your direction, advocate tirelessly on your behalf, and never waver in upholding your best interests.

In my free time – insofar as any exists – you’ll find me volunteering as a Rotarian, helping to organize fundraisers, or on a plane going to visit either of my now far-flung daughters (one in sun- kissed Australia, the other in rain-soaked England). As your realtor, my aim will be to understand your needs, goals, and aspirations. All while ensuring that you receive the kind of committed service that you should expect from your realtor -- because you deserve nothing less.
