About Larry

Born and raised in Fredericton, I was educated at UNB graduating in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in addition to a Bachelor of Computer Science. After university I continued to study obtaining a CMA Professional Accounting Designation in 1990. In 1996, I relocated to Bermuda to manage the corporate and private investing of a Bermudian family. During this time, I managed several commercial properties and bought, financed and sold residential properties, many with values in excess of one million dollars. After nine years of enjoying the Bermuda beaches and golf courses, I returned to Fredericton to be closer to my family and many friends. Combining my business and accounting background with real estate, I have used this knowledge to successfully invest in many properties ranging in size from One Hundred Thousand Dollars to Several Million. In a world where investing is becoming more and more difficult, real estate, when invested in with experience and knowledge, will provide an excellent and safe return.
