IAN CULLIGAN has been a real estate sales associate since 1994, joining the Re/Max team in 1997. Previous to this, IAN was employed with the provincial government for approximately 22 years occupying a variety of senior management positions. IAN is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick with Bachelor degrees in Teaching (Commerical) and Education and holds a Masters Degree in Criminology from the University of Ottawa. IAN is an avid sports and fitness enthusiast and is actively involved in the community as a volunteer, particularly with the Shriners. In May of 2005, Ian was appointed as an official “Fredericton Business Ambassador” by Mayor Brad Woodside. Ian represent an immigration firm who find business opportunities for new immigrants to New Brunswick
